Job Description: AI/ML Engineer (Python + TensorFlow + NLP)

Duration: Long-term, full-time

Summary:

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to develop cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work on designing, training, and deploying machine learning models for various applications, including computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics. This role requires strong programming skills, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and a passion for AI innovation.

 

Compensation:

Full-time (W2): $140K – $160K/year + benefits

Contract: $100–$110/hour

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize ML/DL models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn

•Implement and fine-tune natural language processing (NLP) models for text analysis and chatbot applications

•Build and deploy AI models in cloud environments (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML)

• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency

•Work with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) to preprocess and analyze large datasets

•Develop automated ML pipelines (MLOps) for continuous model improvement

•Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to real-world problems

•Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into applications

 

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in AI/ML development

•Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy)

•Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

•Experience with natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, transformers (BERT, GPT, T5)

• Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, etc.)

•Experience with ML deployment and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, BigQuery)

• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and Docker/Kubernetes

•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile team environment
