Overview:
Digital Platform Manager is responsible for the day to day planning, management and optimization of paid search media buys. The expectation is that this person will be an expert at optimizing and analyzing campaigns for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have the ability to find key performance insights and be confident in communicating opportunities to clients.
The Technical Expertise We're Looking For:
Advanced understanding and operation of platform technologies including Google Ads, Bing,
The expectation is that there is deep technical expertise in hands on development/management of one discipline (paid search, paid social, programmatic)
Planning campaigns across all platforms, including account setup, strategy development, account/campaign structure, budget/bidding strategy, targeting, creative development, audience development, and keyword list building
Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across all platforms on a daily basis, including monitoring, tracking, QA, and evaluating campaign performance based on client KPIs and maintaining detailed optimization logs
Partner with Ad Ops and Creative teams to ensure flawless execution by providing a comprehensive plan and spec sheet for creative execution and trafficking/QA
Analyze data on a daily basis to perform ongoing optimizations to copy/creative, landing pages, and bids, Maintain and update optimization logs
Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and present data driven reporting
Partner with internal teams to understand client marketing goals, maintaining a clear communication channel with internal teams regarding expected deliverables
Helping to identify and suggest new vendors, technologies or tactics that can help deliver or exceed client goals
Prepare presentations and recommendations, and be comfortable sharing with the clients and internal team
Educate more junior members of our team, leading by example through proactive communication and time management

Key Competencies:
3-5 years of specific experience in paid search, paid social or programmatic media.
Specialist level knowledge of paid platforms including, but not limited to Google, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience spearheading the development of a holistic paid digital media strategy and translating strategy into action
Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
Extremely organized with high attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful
Must be an excellent cultural fit – high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly

Rate: Platform Manager - $70,000/yr, W2 full time position, but we welcome contractors (part time) too
