The IT Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of diverse IT projects, including CPQ and systems integrations.
They will also play a crucial role in coordinating IT and business systems integrations for upcoming M&A activities.
Working cross-functionally, the Project Manager will collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to prioritize projects based on business needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee lifecycle of diverse IT projects, managing all steps from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project and milestone deliverables, aligning these with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key internal departments including Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to prioritize projects according to business needs.
- Manage project plans, schedules, resources. Apply Agile principles and practices, such as organizing work into sprints and maintaining backlogs.
- Coordinate IT and business integrations for upcoming acquisitions, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all project-related issues, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (should be able to lead a huge transformation project)
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and Agile principles.
- Experience with system integrations and software implementations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Work experience with SaaS companies preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
- The candidate should work in EST time zone.
Salary: 100-110K USD/year (Employment package: W-2 full time employment with aggressive compensation package, medical and dental benefits, and a 401K retirement plan.)
