We are searching for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Global IT group! 
 
About the role 


Our Salesforce Administrator will be the first point of contact for our salesforce users and the
face of our team. Our new administrator works on the administration of and helps with the
design and configuration of Salesforce environment while ensuring the stability, integrity and
efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  •  Act as the primary SME in identifying Business Requirements and translating
    them into Salesforce Solutions with an emphasis on best practice methodology. 
  •  Lead technical Salesforce projects through Discovery, Solution Design,
    Implementation and Support.  
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization in identifying and prioritizing
    operational improvements to address the evolving needs of the company.   
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce Administration Team to help shape the vision for
    the internal and external use of Salesforce. Work to identify opportunities to
    develop new and better solutions. 
  •  Drive Salesforce adoption across the organization to ensure maximized use of
    the platform to ultimately drive business growth. 
  •  Help create a basic Salesforce training program for new users and update
    existing documentation. 
     
    Qualifications: 
  •  4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. 
  •  Salesforce Admin Certification. 
  •  Ability to manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Standard & Custom Objects, Record
    Types, Page Layouts, Fields. 
  •  Ability to create and manage Validation Rules.  
  •  Experience in building and maintaining Salesforce Flows. 
  •  Experience with Data Management and cleansing, including data loader and
    other data tools such as ZoomInfo and Ringlead. 
  •  Experience working in Sandbox environments and utilizing Change Sets. 
  •  Ability to perform internal system audits and prepare for application upgrades &
    system enhancements. 
     
    Nice-to-Have: 
  •  Experience with Salesforce CPQ (or similar) desired, but not required.  
  •  Experience with FinancialForce Professional Services Automation desired, but
    not required.  
  •  Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau) desired,
    but not required.

 

DURATION: Long term, full-time job


Salary: 120K USD/year (Employment package: W-2 full time employment with aggressive compensation package, medical and dental benefits, and a 401K retirement plan.)
