Senior DevOps Engineer 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced DevOps professional who thrives in automating deployments, improving system reliability, and ensuring scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with software engineers, security teams, and IT operations to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment.

•Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and automate provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

•Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk).

•Optimize Kubernetes and container orchestration strategies for scalability and efficiency.

•Improve security best practices and compliance across cloud environments.

•Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.

•Automate repetitive tasks and enhance deployment speed through scripting (Bash, Python, Go).

•Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

•6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

•Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.

•Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.

•Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

•Expertise in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python, Go).

•Strong understanding of networking, security, and IAM policies in cloud environments.

•Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

•Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

•Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.

•Knowledge of Chaos Engineering and reliability testing methodologies.

•Familiarity with FinOps and cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
