We are looking for a solution-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in Ad Operations.
As a Senior Ad Operations Specialist, you will manage campaign configuration across digital/display, paid and organic social and paid search.
The Ad Ops team will be responsible for delivering on the following day-to-day responsibilities:
Managing trafficking/QA of campaigns in ad servers, social platforms, and search engines
QAing ads to ensure they meet site partner/platform specs and ad server requirements
Troubleshooting ad or tag issues with site or ad tech partners
Generation and implementation of 3rd party tags in GTM (Facebook, DCM, AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.)
QAing and troubleshooting functionality of conversion tags and tracking pixels
Reviewing new media plans and plan updates with media team before trafficking and working closely with the analytics team to ensure plans will allow the accurate, efficient and effective collection of data
You can:
Be responsible for the day-to-day trafficking and management of display campaigns – requiring daily interaction with the media team, analytics department, digital creative/production and external clients and partners to ensure accurate delivery of all campaigns
Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met, including checking daily reports and providing troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalating to third party vendors when necessary
Serve as an ad operations expert for interdepartmental questions that may arise and provide solutions; acting as a strategic partner and providing consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns, tagging of clients sites, and the use of web technologies to meet client needs
Maintain a high-quality standard for the Ad Ops department; ensure accuracy and always strive to exceed client expectations, while still trafficking campaigns
Be a knowledgeable resource related to web tracking technologies, tracking platforms and upcoming trends in the space. Required to learn new technologies and systems as the need arises. Help lead the team to continually identify and implement opportunities for improvement within team processes, supporting systems and communication channels
You have:
4+ years of experience working in Ad Operations in the agency, publisher or ad tech space
Knowledge of and prior experience using the following platforms): DCM / Campaign Manager 360HTML & JavascriptGoogle Tag ManagerAdWords / Bing, DoubleClick for SearchFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat
