SENIOR AWS DEVOPS ENGINEER

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, this role is for you. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices.

•Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

•Optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline for seamless application delivery.

•Manage and enhance Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for containerized workloads.

•Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog.

• Ensure cloud security by implementing IAM policies, security best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).

•Troubleshoot system and application issues, improving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

•Collaborate with development teams to improve DevOps workflows and automation.

•Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services.

REQUIREMENTS:

•5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps.

•Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudFront, etc.).

•Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker in production environments.

•Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for infrastructure automation.

•Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Go.

•Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

•Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud cost optimization.

•Experience with GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, FluxCD) is a plus.

•Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to cloud infrastructure challenges.

•Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

•Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions).

•Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies.
