We are searching for a Sr. Data Analyst to join our growing Global IT group!

We accept only US candidates (USC or GC, no visa accepted)

Salary: 100K USD/year (Employment package: W-2 full time employment with aggressive compensation package, medical and dental benefits, and a 401K retirement plan.)

 

Summary of requirements:

  • Salesforce Administration/Developer skills (the company data is all in Salesforce)
  • Experience developing data dictionaries, working with data schemas, and manipulating large datasets with SOQL and/or other tools.
  • Must be analytical and able to understand complex datasets. Work with stakeholders such as sales, services, customer success, customer account management etc, to understand their needs. Ability to deal with changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Transformation of data and data schemas to support the business
  • Salesforce CPQ Is Required
  • Experience handling Duplications, Hierarchies and Fields
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as polished appearance required.
  • Candidate should be located in EST/EDT (Eastern US) time zone

As our Sr. Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and owning data in our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with our Business Operations teams to ensure accurate data and data lifecycles. You will collaborate with our IT team to optimize data integration and reporting processes.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
  • Develop and implement data management policies and processes managing the data lifecycle, starting with data entry, to data hygiene and data quality control.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and ease of reporting
  • Work with other members of Business Systems, BI, and Operations teams to optimize data integrations and reporting
  • Support BI and other analysts in analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure that data in Salesforce is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA

As part of the Business Operations team in IT, this role will be essential for the success of our Business Operations Transformation. This is a fundamental project to enable the company to become a Global Scalable SaaS Company that is a platform for new products and services

  • This role will interact daily with senior executives, as well as peers in operations groups and IT. Ability to translate technical concepts into plain business language and vice versa is a must. Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as polished appearance required.
