Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of Supply Chain Procurement Planning experience for a reputed, global Pharmaceutical or Consumer Product company utilizing world class planning and execution processes and supported by ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably SAP suites)

• Demonstrated experience where critical thinking and problem-solving skills were critical to success

• Strong ability to influence without authority in complex, high impact situations

• Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written

• An ability to cultivate and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with both team members and colleagues across a matrix organization· Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision· Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products· Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps· Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams· Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD)· Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule· Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision· Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users

• Ability to prioritize and drive results with autonomy

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional team-based environment

• Understanding product briefs and working with clients to fine-tune them.

• Taking charge of product development.· Preparing budgets, allocating resources, and delegating tasks.

• Ensuring product development is on track and adjusting schedules as required.

• Working with various design teams to produce product prototypes.

• Obtaining feedback from clients, designers, and engineers, and adjusting product specifications as needed. Responsibilities

• This project spans all Kenvue products and all Kenvue internal sites and EM manufacturing organizations

• As the owner for this project, you will coordinate and facilitate its execution across multiple teams and locations, monitor its consistent and timely execution, be accountable for completion of all deliverables, and identify and drive process and system enhancements

• Additionally, you will support the financial Business planning and projection processes as well as projects and processes to optimize inventories• In the execution of your responsibilities, you will work across a matrix organization, interacting with demand, site, external manufacturing, market, and global brand planners

• Lead and drive the annual volume procurement budget process:

• Establish the calendar of activities and deliverables for the volume budget and projection processes, coordinating with Finance to align with the company-wide budget and projection calendars

• Communicate the key milestones to all stakeholders

• Prepare folders and templates and provide support to stakeholders in their execution of the Procurement processes

• Track and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion

• Execute consolidation of Procurement production volumes and generate the deliverables, including the manufacturing volumes and intercompany transfer volumes

• Collaborating with the stakeholders, generate management reports and presentations summarizing the volume budgets and projections

• Serve as functional expert on the procurement process

• Identify, test, and roll-out best practices and alternative approaches

• Maintain training documentation and relevant process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions• Provide stakeholder training on systems and processes

• Coordinate response to stakeholder process and system specific inquiries and issues

• Work with appropriate IT, BI&A and Finance staff to resolve data, report, and access issues

• Partner with stakeholders to identify technical and process enhancements and to set priorities

• Support the scheduling and communication of the calendar for the financial inventory budget and projection processes as well as the preparation of templates

• Contribute to the development of management reports and presentations

• Collaborating with planners, assess the drivers of month-end changes in procurement metrics and contribute to management presentations
